The Next BIG step for Life Link Church will be to lease and renovate an existing facility that we can use on a full-time basis. This will enable our congregation to continue serving a growing number of people in our community while we put money aside for land and a building of our own.
In order to be able to renovate a
building we can use and move out of the school, we are believing for
God to bless and challenge His people to give an initial
offering of $250,000.00 this November, with the balance of 1.5 million
dollars being given systematically over the next 3 years for
land.
The Senior Pastor works with a team of Trustees who make the major financial decisions of the Church, including commitments to long-term leases and borrowing money.
We are currently reviewing possible facilities. While the exact building has not been determined, our goal is to finalize a facility and begin renovations early in 2009 and move in as soon as possible.
Yes. The Bible teaches that the first ten percent of a person's income belongs to God (Malachi 3:8-10). Jesus affirms that a person should "tithe" (Matt. 23:23); however, the spirit of the New Testament is to give beyond the tithe -- give generously (Luke 6:38; 2 Cor.9:11). Contributions to IMAGINE should be an offering above and beyond the regular tithe.
Yes. Assets other than cash can be donated through the Life Link Church office.
