What Is Imagine?

The B.I.G. Plan

IMAGINE is an exciting 3-year spiritual journey of prayer, serving, sacrificial giving, and outreach. IMAGINE is based on Ephesians 3:20, "He is able to do immeasurably more than all we could ask or IMAGINE, according to His power that is at work within us." This campaign will enable us to move from a school into a leased space in the Spring of 2009. This critically important step will give us a facility to use on a full-time basis, while beginning the process of purchasing land for a building of our own.

The B.I.G. Purpose

Our multiple weekend services are at maximum capacity in the school we are meeting in. We need more space to continue reaching the people of our surrounding communities. We believe that refocusing our energies on outreach and ministry will help us accomplish our vision of "Linking People and God Together for Life".

The B.I.G. Dates

  • Sept. 21st - IMAGINE begins
  • Oct. 5th - IMAGINE spiritual growth series begins
  • Oct. 20th - 21 days of Prayer and Fasting begins
  • Nov. 1st - IMAGINE Prayer Encounter
  • Nov. 3rd - Family Decision Night
  • Nov. 9th - IMAGINE Commitment Sunday
  • Nov.16th - IMAGINE Celebration Sunday

The B.I.G. Decision

Take time to prayerfully work through "Your Giving Potential" and "How Much Should I Give". These can be found in the brochure and online and are tools to help you better understand God's leading.

Once you have determined what gift amount would reflect sacrifice for you and your family, the next step is to complete and return a "Commitment Card". It is the tangible expression of prayer and sacrificial giving. The "Commitment Card" will give you the opportunity to indicate the amount of your initial offering (given in November towards our leased facility renovation) and the amount you are planning to give to IMAGINE over a 3-year period for the purchase of land.

The "Commitment Card" will be available during the Sunday Worship services on November 9th. We are asking you to come prepared to complete the card and give it with your initial IMAGINE offering that weekend. We will be receiving the commitment cards and IMAGINE offerings over the following two Sundays, and we will announce the grand totals during the worship service on Sunday, November 30th.
