How Much Should I Give?

Pastor Dave and Chere� stood anxiously before 30 adults and 20 kids.
It was Super Bowl Sunday and God was unfolding the dream for Life Link
Church in the Southeast Valley. No one could know then the exciting
miracles we would experience and exactly what God's B.I.G. plan would
entail. With no building to meet in, Life Link Church began in two
homes with around 90
people meeting weekly by the end of March 2006.
By
April of 2006
we had
outgrown the
homes we were meeting in and were
excited to move into Chandler Traditional Academy, a gift from God!
Amidst the smell of cafeteria food and the comfort of the hard wooden
benches, God's
B.I.G. plan continued and the Movers and Shakers
ministry was launched. (The excited group of men and women who set up
and tear down our church every week.) Little did they know they would
still be doing this 2 years later.
Within
30 short
months, the result of
God's favor and power is
clearly evident to everyone. Through outreach events, weekend power
encounters, and life group meetings, countless lives and families are
being miraculously changed. With 574 people in attendance
on Easter of
2008, it is clear that the CTA campus is no longer able to
meet the
needs of Life Link Church. It's
time for the next B.I.G. step!
- A place of our own we can use all week long.
- Worship environments designed around the needs of each age group
- A place to link up with friends and family over coffee.
- Focusing our energies on outreach and ministry (instead of moving and shaking).
- A place to pray, to train and equip leaders, and to meet the needs of our surrounding communities.
- A place to Link People and God Together for Life!
